The crew at Follaine Sauna ( https://www.instagram.com/follainesauna/ ) are setup in Annaghdown every Saturday morning. You can book your slot via the Wunderbook App & searching for “follaine sauna” or via https://wunderbook-production-mobilewebapp.azurewebsites.net/. One session is €15 but they have other options to buy a block of 6.
They say to bring:
1: Swim wear (swimming togs, shorts).
2: Towels (bring one to sit on while in the sauna).
3: Sliders or flips flops.
4: Water (make sure to stay well hydrated before,during and after your sauna session).
5: Spare dry clothes (to warm up after the cold water)
