One Friar and his Dog in Annaghdown Cathedral , circa 1945🐕

An image of a Capuchin friar at medieval religious site in County Galway in about 1945. A friar and a canine companion at the ruined Annaghdown Cathedral, located on the shores of Lough Corrib, in County Galway. Annaghdown is closely associated with St. Brendan of Clonfert (also known as Brendan the Navigator), who died here in about 580. The cathedral dates to the fifteenth century.
