Hi there, for those that may be new to my page:-
I live in Annaghdown & teach locally in Corrandulla Hall & also online.
I have been teaching exercise classes for over 27 years.
I combine lots of experience across many fitness disciplines into all of my classes.
I have a fresh new year of classes ready to start from Monday 8th January 2024.
